Volleyball spikes down Falcons

The men’s varsity volleyball team battled it out on the court against the Foothill Falcons on April 22, beating the Falcon’s three games to zero.

Although Coronado won the game, all three matches were closely contested. The first match ended with the score of 29-31. The second match with 18-2,5 and the third match brought the game to an end with a score of 22-25.

Samuel Cox, junior, and Logan Dickover, senior, both had eight digs during the game. While Max Osmundson, senior, had seven and Travis Boman, sophomore, had four.

Dickover had an astonishing 41 assists that helped Osmundson get a total of 17 kills and Boman 11.

The team’s next game is away on Wednesday, April 23, at 6 p.m. against Del Sol.
