The homecoming senior king and queen, announced during halftime of the varsity football game against Foothill on Thursday, Oct. 29, are next-door neighbors Nick Fairchild and Cassidy Best.

The other members of the senior court are: Camryn Almeido, Travis Boman, Jake DesJardins, Skylar Eisenhart, Courtney Howard, Rami Khalaf, Kacie Leach, and Walker Wright.

Student Council announced the homecoming court for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors earlier in the day during the homecoming spirit assembly.

The junior prince and princess are Dru Harris and Shelby Burdo. The sophomore duke and duchess are Ben Lederman and Karen Pegueros, and the freshman lord and lady are Thomas Kyong and Chloe Calaguas.

“I was in shock, but I was proud to represent the sophomore class. I felt very honored and special,” Pegueros said.

Throughout the week, each member of court participated in the spirit days and lunch activities to gain votes and get students pumped for the homecoming tailgate, game, and bash on Thursday, Oct. 29. The student body selected the royalty via tallyspace.com between Oct. 23 and Oct. 28.

“This year was probably my favorite because the court members were really into the spirit days and activities,” Denee Kong, senior, said.
