“The scariest moment in my life happened when I decided to try zip lining when I was eight years old with my family in the Philippines. At the time, it looked fun and exciting to me. I was one of the few people in line. They made me wear a harness and then pushed me off to the edge. By the time I was halfway done, I am stuck at least 80 feet above ground. I didn’t know what to do, so I just started screaming at the top of my lungs. It took roughly 30 minutes for them to rescue me. So that’s why I’ll never ride the zip line ever again.” Kurt Aquitania, 11

“At the place I work at, there was a myth going around that the building was haunted. At first, I didn’t believe it because I’m more of a realistic person. One night, my coworker and I were in the bathroom getting ready to close when we heard the mini fridge open. We knew that the doors were locked so no customer could’ve came in. I actually believed in the myth that the place was haunted.” Colette Shamiya, 12
