Men’s varsity volleyball crushed Eldorado in all sets at home on April 26.

“It always feels good to win a game. It was so fun having everyone on the team play, and we all had a good time,” Ryan Garlick, junior, said.

The men continued to amaze the crowd with a point-winning serve from Taylor Jones, senior, to secure the first point. Coronado dominated the first set of the night 25-12  towering over the Sun Devils. The Cougars didn’t give up, winning their second set 25-14 with a winning serve by Garlick.

“The boys have definitely progressed since the first practice; it is so nice to be able to coach them and see each and everyone of them play a little better each day,” Coach Donahue said.

Coronado secured their last set 25-12. The next home game is at May 2 at 6:00 p.m. in the main gym.

“Seeing everyone play tonight was a great experience we all had a lot of fun, and I think everyone did a great job,” Drew Gerrard, senior, said.
