Spring has sprung and the cheerleaders are tumbling into tryouts for the 2014-15 school year.

Requirements for tryouts have slightly changed from previous years. This year, anyone who is interested in trying out for the cheer must attend one of the two informational meetings prior to tryouts, with a parent or an adult as representation.

Both meetings will be at 6 p.m. in room 200 on Tues. March 18 and Wed. March 19.

Actual tryouts will not be until the week of April 28. Tryouts will be closed and consist of three days of practice, following a mock tryout in the cafeteria on May 1. The real tryout will be held on May 2 in the gymnasium.

Athletic packet due dates are still to be determined. If any perspective cheerleaders or parents have questions, feel free to contact Ms. Starry at dms573@interact.cssd.net.
